Pine Valley Drive Joyner Townhouse Development Stage 3A

Galaxie Electrical worked closely alongside with Ball Construction to deliver 16 double story townhouses, complete with communal meter panels and lighting. Galaxie Electrical was charged with delivering all power, lighting, ceiling fans, internet, TV, smoke alarms, exhaust systems and installation of appliances for these 16 townhouses. This project also required close relationships with all other contractors on site, to ensure service locations and systems such as air conditioners and hot water units had adequate power supply. Galaxie Electrical has already been engaged again by Ball Construction to complete stage 3B & 4, which will see another 32 townhouses and communal pool area built throughout 2026.

Pine Valley Drive Joyner Townhouse Development Stage 3A

Rochedale Citrine Townhouse Development

Galaxie Electrical worked with Creation Projects to help deliver this new townhouse development in Rochedale, consisting of 90 three story and two story townhouses, complete with a communal recreational area and swimming pool. Galaxie Electrical was charged with delivering all power, lighting, ceiling fans, internet, TV, smoke alarms, exhaust systems, installation of EV chargers, installation appliances and phone compatible smart home systems to all 90 townhouses. In order to complete this project Galaxie Electrical had to work closely with Creation Projects and all other contractors, to ensure the electrical package for this project was delivered complete and to the highest standard.

Carrara Townhouse Development

Galaxie Electrical has been engaged by Devcon to help deliver a new townhouse development in Carrara, consisting of 59 double story townhouses, complete with a communal recreational area and swimming pool. This new townhouse development is scheduled to commence early 2026. Galaxie Electrical has been charged with delivering all power, lighting, ceiling fans, internet, TV, smoke alarms, exhaust systems, dedicated 20A outlets for electric vehicle charging and installing appliances. In order to complete this project Galaxie Electrical will be required to work closely with Devcon and all other contractors, to ensure the electrical package for this project will be delivered complete and to the highest standard.

Taigum Townhouse Development

Galaxie Electrical has been engaged by Ausbuild to help deliver a new townhouse development in Taigum, consisting of 56 double story townhouses, complete with a communal recreational area and swimming pool. This new townhouse development is scheduled to commence early 2026. Galaxie Electrical is responsible for delivering all power, lighting, ceiling fans, internet, TV, smoke alarms, exhaust systems and installation of appliances. In order to complete this project Galaxie Electrical will be required to work closely with Ausbuild and all other contractors, to ensure the electrical package for this project will be delivered complete and to the highest standard.

Laundromat Fit Outs

Galaxie Electrical was engaged by Executive Laundromats to complete the fit out of 3 new laundromat sites across Brisbane’s north side. The fit out of these new laundromats involved LED lighting, emergency lighting, dedicated power supplies for commercial washers and dryers, switchboard upgrades, integration with online pay systems and air conditioner installations. As these laundromats are 24/7 facilities, great attention to detail had to be taken, to ensure that these sites can be operational at all times with no power and lighting interruptions.

Domestic Property Renovations

As well as delivering brand new townhouse homes, Galaxie Electrical also completes domestic property renovations. With having already completed multiple homes and apartment renovations in Indooroopilly, Taringa, Toowong, Carindale, Arana Hills, Geebung, Kallangur, Bracken Ridge, Caboolture & Redlands. These property renovations ranged from kitchen, bathroom and living room upgrades, house extensions, full property gut and re-fits and house raising with a new level built underneath. In order to deliver these projects Galaxie Electrical had to work closely with the builder and client, to ensure the entire project would be delivered on time, on budget and to the client’s high expectation. Galaxie Electrical has already been engaged to complete two more renovation starting in 2026. These renovations will be a large scale house extension at Moodlu and full property gut and re-fit at Wynnum.
